Terms of use

Brandify360 is provided by Atomas Tech Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17302721), registered office 86–88 Adam Street, Cardiff, CF24 2FN, Wales. By using Brandify360 you agree to these terms.

What Brandify360 does

Brandify360 creates brand guideline documents and logo files from a logo you provide. It runs in your web browser. If you are signed out, your logo and answers stay on your device. If you are signed in, your guides and logos are saved privately to your account so you can open them on other devices, as described in our privacy policy.

Your content

You must own, or have permission to use, any logo you upload. You keep all rights to your logo and to the guides you create, and you are responsible for how you use them.

The PDFs and logo files you download are yours to keep and use, even if Brandify360 later changes, is sold or closes.

Accounts and purchases

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You need a free account to save guides and to download them. Use a real, permanent email address and keep your password safe. We may close accounts created with temporary email services or used to abuse the service.

• Payments are processed by Stripe, through its Managed Payments service, which is the merchant of record and handles tax. Your bank statement and receipt show the purchase as sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service.
• Free lets you build, edit, preview and save one brand at a time. The sample logo doesn't count.
• Lifetime is a one-off payment that unlocks downloads for one brand (one logo). You can re-download that guide and logo pack for as long as we operate Brandify360, and the files you download are yours forever.
• Studio is a subscription that unlocks white-label and every brand on your account while it is active. Yearly Studio includes unlimited new brands; monthly Studio includes up to 10 new brands in any 30 days. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Purchases belong to your account, for you or your business. Please don't share your account or resell access.

Discount codes and reviewer access

We sometimes share discount codes, for example in a launch offer. A discount code works on the plans and until the date stated with it, and only one code can be used per purchase. A discount on Studio applies to the billing periods stated with the code; after that, Studio renews at the normal price.

We also sometimes give free or discounted access to reviewers. Reviewer codes are personal, single-use and can't be transferred or sold. Free access lasts for the period stated with the code and then ends on its own. You're only charged if you choose to add a payment method and continue. We may withdraw promotional access that is shared or misused. If you review Brandify360 after receiving free access, please say so wherever you post.

Using Brandify360 fairly

Brandify360’s software, page designs and written content belong to Atomas Tech Ltd. Except where the law allows it, you must not copy, scrape, reverse engineer or resell them, get round plan limits or download controls, or use them to build a competing service. We may suspend accounts that do. This doesn’t affect the guides and files you create, which are yours.

Refunds

You can preview your whole guide free before you pay. When you buy, you ask for instant access: you can get a full refund within 14 days if you haven't downloaded anything with that purchase, and the right to cancel ends at your first download. Faulty files, duplicate charges and mistaken charges are always put right or refunded. The full details are in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.

Availability and changes to Brandify360

We work to keep Brandify360 available and may improve or change it over time. Lifetime and Studio include future updates to Brandify360 at no extra cost: for Lifetime, for as long as Brandify360 is offered; for Studio, while your subscription is active.

Changes to these terms

If we make an important change to these terms, we will email signed-up customers at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree with the change, you can stop using Brandify360 and cancel Studio, and we will refund any whole months you have paid for but not used.

If Brandify360 is sold or transferred

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another business, for example if Brandify360 is sold. We will email you before this happens. The transfer will not reduce your rights under these terms, and your purchases and saved guides will carry over. If you would rather not move to the new owner, you can delete your account before the transfer date.

If Brandify360 closes

If we decide to close Brandify360, we will give you at least 60 days' notice by email and on the website, unless something outside our control makes that impossible, in which case we will give as much notice as we can and the same refunds will apply.

• Your guides: until the closing date you can still sign in and download every guide and logo pack your purchases cover.
• Studio, monthly: it stops renewing and you won't be charged again.
• Studio, yearly: we refund the whole months left after the closing date.
• Lifetime: no refund once your guide has been downloaded, as it has been delivered, and your files remain yours. If you bought it in the last 14 days and haven't downloaded it, it's refunded in full.
• Your data: we delete accounts, saved guides and logo files within 30 days of closing. We keep order records for 6 years because UK tax law requires it.

Liability

Brandify360 is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under consumer law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
