Where are my guides kept?
Your guides and logos are saved privately to your account, so you can open them on any device. Only you can see them, and you can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.
Do I need an account?
Not to build or preview. You create a free account (email or Google) when you download, so your purchases work on any device.
What kind of logo file works best?
An SVG gives the sharpest results and the most accurate colour versions. A transparent PNG is next best. JPGs work, but we suggest the PNG version instead, as JPGs don’t give the best result. Only an SVG upload gives you SVG files in your logo pack.
My logo has a white or coloured box behind it
Upload it as it is: we keep your logo exactly as uploaded. If the box isn’t part of your logo, upload a transparent PNG or an SVG instead; they also give the crispest edges. Ask your designer, or export one yourself: in Figma, export the logo without a background fill; in Illustrator, use Export As › PNG with a transparent background; in Canva, tick “Transparent background” when downloading (a Canva Pro feature).
Can I change the text and colours?
Yes. Edit the brand name, story, colours, fonts, contact details and pages, and click any paragraph on a page to rewrite it.
What does white-label mean?
On Studio you can add "Prepared by" your studio's name to the cover and footer. It's optional and set per guide, so you can also hand over a guide with no names at all.
Is it a subscription?
Only Studio. Lifetime is one payment for one brand.
Is Studio unlimited?
Yearly Studio is unlimited. Monthly Studio includes 10 new brands every 30 days, and brands you’ve already started don’t count again.
Can I cancel Studio?
Yes, any time, from Manage subscription in your account menu. Studio keeps working to the end of the period you’ve paid for. If you get stuck, email us and we’ll cancel it for you.
What happens to my guides if Studio ends?
Files you’ve downloaded are yours to keep, and your guides stay in your account.
Can I move from Lifetime to Studio?
Yes, start Studio any time. Your Lifetime brand stays yours.
Are there any other fees?
No. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
What if it's not right for me?
You see every page of your guide before you pay, so there are no surprises. Change your mind before downloading and we’ll refund you in full within 14 days. Once downloaded, it’s yours to keep, and if anything doesn’t work as it should, we’ll fix it or refund you.
